Presses

We have five automatic presses that can print an average of 20,000 prints per day. One press has the capability of doing oversized prints including printing onto short sleeves.

Sportsman

• Print area
  With a maximum print area of 16" x 18" these workhorses can print most any job with speed and accuracy.
• Color capability
  These presses are 10 color presses and can usually handle your prints with excellent registration.
• Two presses
  We have two of these presses and they are our bread and butter in the shop.
• Prints per Hour
  This presses are capable of printing up to 700 prints per hour. We have 2 Sportsman presses available.

Gauntlet II

• Print area
  With a maximum print area of 16" x 22", this press has a little more versatility than our Sportsman presses.
• Color capability
  This press is a 12 color press that has superior registration and speed.
• Prints per Hour
  This press is capable of printing up to 700 prints per hour.

Challenger

• Print area
  With a maximum print area of 20” x 28” for normal printing and 28” x 41” for oversize this press has the biggest capability of our shop. We have special pallets that allow us to print onto the short sleeves of your shirts.
• Color capability
  This press is 18 color press for your amazing index printing jobs and can do up to a 5 color print on the oversize jobs.
• Prints per Hour
  This press is capable of printing up to 700 prints per hour. When printing oversized prints it can print up to 140 prints per hour.

Precision

• Print area
  With a maximum print area of 16” x 22” this press has the capability to print most jobs.
• Color capability
  we keep this press on hand for our fast one to three color jobs that need to get out fast. This is probably the fastest press in the shop
• Prints per Hour
  This press is capable of printing up to 700 prints per hour. This press is currently used for one to three color printing.

I-jet computer to screen imaging

• Print area
  With a maximum print area of 18” x 22” this machine can output most of the screen for production.
• Savings
  Saving time and film cost this has been one of the biggest upgrades at Pacific Sportswear.
• Digital artwork
  All art files are now digital and can be brought up with an easy to use file system.
