Our expertise assures you that your Drifit shirts will retain their shape and your imprint will be bright and vivid. Pacific Sportswear also offers the latest unique print locations for today’s “look” including over seams, hems, collars, zippers, side seam wraps, oversized and all over prints.

Pacific Sportswear’s five automated presses give us the tremendous capacity to handle all your jobs, whether big or small. Additionally we have 16 color capability as well as the ability to print all over designs up to 32” x 46”. We also offer a state of the art automated packaging department that includes folding, hangtagging, bagging and stickering. In addition, we provide your customer with shirt relabeling services as well as the ability to print labels in the neck so customers can have a truly complete end to end branding program.

We understand your need to keep costs down so we work with a wholesaler, Alpha Shirt Company. Our customers goods can be delivered the same day they are ordered, free of charge, when Alpha delivery truck is specified. Latest Innovations

• Kiwo I-jet: the latest in computer-to-screen (CTS) imaging system designed specifically for garment screen printers. This new device provides all the benefits of large-format CTS systems –  elimination of film costs, fewer screen-processing steps, minimal screen handling, etc.
• New screen printing presses from M&R Equipment for better registration and faster printing.
• All over printing: Pacific Sportswear has the ability to imprint the full front and or back of a short sleeve tee shirt.
• At present, each machine is producing a capacity of 2,400 to 3,600 prints per shift, so large orders are not a problem.
• Streamlined work flow and product flow designed specifically for our new facility.
• New folding machine designed to fold even faster than our previous machine.
