Art files can be emailed along with your PO to your Customer Service Rep: roselynn.r@pacificsportswear.com or maddy.m@pacificsportswear.com. Please include a mock up example for size and placement when possible. PMS colors to be used, garment style and color, imprint placement location and size of imprint called out.

We prefer Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat PDF Vector art or layered Photoshop files. In illustrator, please remember to convert type to “outlines”. In other files please include fonts.

Standard imprint area is up to 15.5” x 17” to fit standard pallets and most garment size ranges.
Oversized imprint area is up to 17.5” x 21” to fit larger pallets and for more of a full coverage area on larger garments.
Super-sized imprint area is up to 19” x 23” to fit our largest pallets for more of an all over look on larger garments.
All Over imprint area is up to 40” x 35” using out winged pallets to print out onto the sleeves for a true all over print.

 We will drop ship to your customer without our information on the packaging or packing slips. This is called a blind shipping method. There will be an additional charge for multiple drop ship locations.

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the receipt of Art, PO and goods. This varies depending on our schedule at any given time. Please call for actual turnaround times. If your order requires expedited service, please contact customer service for availability.

All of our inks are mixed based upon the Coated Pantone Matching system. If PMS colors are not provided in the art files or listed, we will match the colors to the closest PMS equivalent. If we don’t have the PMS ink color available, we then request the formula to mix the PMS color accordingly.

While not ideal, we can make our print match a previously printed sample. While we go to great lengths to ensure we produce the best print possible every time, not everyone takes these required steps. So in some cases, our print may look slightly different due to the use of a proper base white or bases to block dye migration. The print may not match 100%, but will be very close and done correctly.

Before screens are made and production begins, we will email you a mockup proof detailing the sizing, and placement of imprints for your garments. If your submitted artwork looks unusually large or small we may suggest an alternate size unless you have specifically indicated sizing on your purchase order. It also details the PMS imprint colors that will be used including white under-print(s) when needed. Please review this form for accuracy and respond as soon as possible so that production may stay on schedule. We can also send a Photo Proof of the first print for approval of placement, size and colors upon request.

 A pre-production proof is the first garment off the press after color registration and color matching is approved by our in-house inspection. This garment is sent to you or your client for in-hands approval. It is critical that we receive approval or instructions as soon as it is received. This ensures timely shipment of your order

We have one of the lowest misprint ratios in the industry. In 2008 we had approximately one misprint per 2000 shirts. We will not be responsible for misprints up to 2% for orders over 144 pcs. or 5% for orders below 144 pcs. on contracted goods. Garment defects from manufacturing are also to be expected on any order and it is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size if an exact quantity is required.

In most cases we are able to accommodate orders well within the 7-10 day turn around times. But in some cases where an order requires a much tighter turn time, we will do a rush to make the deadline. There may be an extra charge for rush orders. Please contact us for details.

Notify us as soon as possible. You are responsible for payment for all production done up until the point which we are notified of the cancellation

We fold the shirts in a bulk dozen and ship approximately 6 dozen per case. There are additional charges for special packaging requests such as individual folds, polybagging, UPC Codes, etc. Please contact us for details.
